Noni is the President Director of the Blue Bird Group, Indonesia's largest taxi operator and a third-generation family business. She also serves as Commissioner of PT Blue Bird Tbk and Chief Executive Officer of several group subsidiaries. Best known for its iconic blue taxis, the Bluebird Group has grown into a diversified transportation and logistics company, providing mobility, corporate transport, logistics, and support services through a broad portfolio of businesses.

Noni is recognised for her commitment to excellence and innovation in the transportation sector, with a strong focus on advancing sustainability through environmentally responsible mobility solutions. Beyond her corporate leadership, she is actively involved in philanthropic initiatives and social causes, championing women's empowerment and gender equality within the transportation industry.

Noni has also been active as the Chair of Bluebird Peduli since 1998, founded Kartini Bluebird in 2014, and is a Chairperson of the Bilateral Committee for Norway and Iceland at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN). She received the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEP) Award from the United Nations for the Asia-Pacific region in 2020, and was elected as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the University of Indonesia for the period 2023-2024, as well as a Member of the Temasek Southeast Asia Regional Advisory Team (TSEAP).

Noni received her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Newcastle, Australia before pursuing her Master’s Degree in Marketing & Finance at the University of San Francisco.
